The Quarter receives letters of three kinds: inquiries about subscription, applications to visit a house, and proposals for commissioned editions. Each is read by the editor in person.
We do not require a curriculum vitae. Tell us, briefly, what you make, what you would like to make, and why you came across the Quarter. Letters of three paragraphs are usually enough; letters of one paragraph have, on occasion, been better.
