Calder Vee, in residence at Stonewake. Released in the spring of MMXXV.
A mortar carved from a single block of slate, with a matching pestle shaped to the inside curve. The interior is left lightly tooled to bind the working surface.
Suitable for dry spices and salt. Rinse with warm water; do not use detergent. The stone will darken with oils.
